The Sangiovese Boira wine has a fruity taste, with tones of oak barrels, cherries, herbs and vanilla. Ideally combined with beef and mutton, baked hot fillet or cream paste with lots of parmesan and tomatoes bred in the sun.
This wine is "biological", i.e. - the soil on which the grapes are grown is processed only by organic fertilizers.
